1 Order
1.1 How do I order a product from GolfComfort?
Ordering a product can be very simple at GolfComfort

1. Choose the desired product.
2. Compose the product and possibly add a remark.
3. If it is a customised product, upload your file(s). You can download your work drawing under the ordering form.
4. Select any accessories you wish.
5. Request a quote or confirm your order.
6. Check your shopping cart and select your sending method.
7. Complete your order by entering your details and paying.
1.2 How do layout files need to be supplied?
For customised products download the work drawing as can be found on the product page of the selected product before supplying your files. Before we take your flag into production we check the file for technical errors. Take note of the following things for your layout:

- Layout in CMYK colors (not RGB); 
- Convert text to contour;
- Preference for Vector files;
- If applicable, notify us of your color codes (PANTONE/PMS);
- Layout preferably done in Adobe Illustrator (.AI, .PDF or Vector file);
- Supply 1:1 roster files in a minimum of 100DPI, 1:3 in 300DPI (CMYK)

1.3 When will my product be delivered?
Standard products will be shipped 2-3 days after receiving your order and payment.
 
Customised products (e.x. Flags)
After your files have been approved we continue onto production as soon as possible. Depending on the ordered amount we deliver your beach flags in 2-4 weeks. In case you want to have access to your products sooner we request you to contact us.
 
Oder with more items will be shipped in one shipment when every item is available.
In case you want to receive the accessories sooner, extra delivery costs will be charged.

1.4 Until when can I cancel my order?

User have the rights to cancel orders of standard product within 14 days.

With customised products; After you have placed your order you can cancel it until the moment of production. After approval of the files we will start producing your item . Customer-specifically produced returning is not possible. That is why we ask you to always check your files thoroughly. 

1.5 How can I request a quote?

Are you planning on placing a large order? We would be happy to make you an individual offer.

Go through the ordering process and click ‘Quote’ instead of placing your order. This button can be found in the shopping cart. You can simply place the desired products your shopping cart to subsequently request a quote on your items. Don’t forget to also provide your contact details and address (for calculating transport costs) while making your request. You can request a quote even for smaller amounts.

2 Account
2.1 How can I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking ‘My account’ at the top right. After that, you can login with your Facebook account or create an account on the website by clicking ‘Create account’. By creating an account in this shop you can go through the payment process quicker, save multiple addresses, view and follow orders, and more. You can enter your details and click ‘register’.

2.3 I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, you can easily request a new one by clicking ‘My account’ and then ‘Forgot password?’. Here you can request a new password by filling in your e-mail address and clicking send. You will automatically receive a link to recover your password.

Sometimes clients order products as ‘guest’. As guest you do not have an account and so no access to previously ordered products. For that reason, requesting a password will unfortunately not work. Naturally we can solve this by approving your account. Contact GolfComfort in case you have problems logging in. 

 
3 Payment
3.1 In which ways can I pay?

At GolfComfort the most trustworthy and familiar payment methods are used. During the payment you can choose from a range of several online payment methods.

GolfComfort utilizes MultiSafepay as payment provider. MultiSafepay has been the ideal partner in online payment for web shops for over 14 years. GolfComfort has an extensive range of  online payment methods like bank transfer, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.
 
3.2 Our prices

We continuously make sure that our prices are competitive in comparison with our competitors. In case you get offered a lower prices somewhere else, contact us unter [email protected]

4 Designs of customised products
4.1 How do files need to be supplied?

Download the work drawing as can be found on the product page of the selected product before supplying your files. Before we take your flag into production we check the file for technical errors. Take note of the following things for your layout:

4.2 How does the free design for customised products work?
GolfComfort will make a design for you free of charge. You are required to describe what you want as accurately as possible. You should also supply a clear logo (preferably an eps or .ai file / vector file). The free design naturally has limitations, but we try to help you as well as possible! You can upload your logo and sketch with the order or send it by e-mail. We will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Up to 2 layouts per item are free of charge

4.3 I have several designs, how do I supply these?
In case you ordered multiple products, it is possible to supply different layouts. For example, if you ordered different golf flags and you would like to receive two different designs. You can upload multiple files during the placement of your order or after, in your account. At the input field ‘remarks’ you can notify us that your upload regards multiple designs. You can also mention this in the filename. There are no extra costs connected to multiple designs
 
4.4 What are the options with double sided printing or embroidery?

A double sided printed or embroidered flag has many advantages. One of the advantages is that both sides can be different. In this way you can communicate information in the right direction towards your customers.

An important aspect lies in the use of the colours. It is possible to have one side of the flagg in blue and the other in white.

5 Sending
5.1 How will my order be sent?
GolfComfort delivers orders globally thanks to trustworthy transports like FedEx and different forwarding companies. Depending on the weight and country the transport costs are calculated and charged. Sending the packages with track & trace so they can be followed is standard. Picking up a package, or having someone else pick up a package can be arranged after consulting.

5.2 What are the costs of a sending?

For sending up to a certain weight and measurements we utilise standard transport prices. 
For products which have to ship by a forwarder because of the weight or the measurements, we will get a daily rate from our forwarder.

6 Returns
6.1 What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can contact us and together we will find a fitting solution.

We advise you to check if everything is in working order as soon as your product is delivered.

Model instructions on cancellation
Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to the following kind of contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

For products we utilize a viewing period of 14 days. If you are not satisfied with your product, you are free to return it. The costs of returning the product are to be paid by you. The article needs to be complete and should state your name, address and phone number. The order number and your bank account number should also be stated.

The following information for distance contracts don’t represent the terms of contract. The terms of contract are included in our Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen .

2. Selection of product and Conclusion of contract

Once you found the desired product you can put it in your cart by clicking the button [my cart]. This is not binding. Any time you can view the content of your cart by clicking the respective links or button. Again this is not binding. At any time you can delete items from your cart. If you would like to purchase the products in your cart, click on the button “buy”.

By clicking the “buy” button after completing the electronic order form (see below B 1) when ordering via the online form on our website you have finalised a purchase contract. The purchase contract will only be concluded once we accept the offer.

The same is valid if we receive an order via mail or fax, the contract will only be concluced once we accept the offer.

 

3. Delivery and Delivery reservations

World wide deliveries are possible.

Goods that are in stock will be shipped within 7 – 12 working days after receiving your

payment, if we have agreed on prepayment. Otherwise 7 – 12 working days after ordering the goods, unless there is a specific delivery period is mentioned with the product. Longer delivery periods or missing delivery options will be shown on the website right next to the product concerned.

4. Price of the goods

All prices shown are final prices in EURO and include the legal value added tax. Further details are available in our general terms and conditions. The following information for distance contracts are not binding terms of a contract. The terms of contract are included in our Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen .


5. Delivery and Shipping costs

We calculate the shipping costs according to our Versandkostenliste.

Shipping costs:

If you make use of your legal right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you the costs for sending the product from our location to your location.

Return costs:
You will be liable to bear the costs for returning the goods to us.


6. Way of payment

(1) We deliver after prepayment or invoice via credit card, PayPal, Multisafepay or bank transfer.


Our confirmation e-mail will contain your complete order in if necessary it will include our bank details. Please always include your order number when you make a money transfer.


Your payment will be settled via a payment provider who will provide you with different payment methods. Money transfers can be done online. For online use your payment details will be encrypted so we don’t have any access to your data.


Multisafepay
Payment via Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, bank transfer, onlinebanking can easily be done via Multisafepay. As a customer you will need an account with Multisafepay.


Credit cart
Payments via credit card can easily be concluded via the registered internet payment organisation used by us. We do not receive your credit card details. Please do not send us your credit card details. The charges to your credit card will be made with the completion of your order.

Payment via bank transfer

For money transfers you can also use the services of PayPal.

For payments via PayPal you do not need to have an account with PayPal. With other methods of payment methods the payment will be done via an online banking form of the payment provider or your bank.


Bank transfer
If the payment is done via bank transfer the goods will be send or delivered to the customer together with the invoice. The purchase price is due within the period stated on the invoice  (Zahlungsmethoden).

With a delivery against invoice the object of purchase remains the property of the seller until complete settlement of the bill. Before the change of ownership the goods cannot be pawned, mortaged, processed or re-designed without expressive consent by the vendor.


There is no extra charge for a bank transfer.

(2) For purchases with advanced conditions the shippment of the goods will be initiated once the complete amount of the invoice is credited to the vendors account.

 

7. Cancellation

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days. Details on the legal aspects of your right to withdraw you will find  hier.

The right to withdraw is null and void on contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or products which are tailored to personal needs.


8. Warranty conditions

The warranty period for the sales of new goods to the consumer is 2 years from the receipt of the product. Towards companies the warranty is 1 year. The warranty for the sale of used goods to the consumer is also 1 year.

 

In case of personal injury or damage to health the warranty can not be shortened to 1 year.
